Leads are generated from both online and offline channels — search engines, paid advertising, social media, newspapers and local directories. Every lead is a real person actively looking to sell their scrap or salvage car.

How many agents do you send each lead to?

Each lead has a unique reference number and is sent exclusively to one agent. Unlike most lead companies, we never resell the same lead. The only time two agents might get the same vehicle is if the customer submits it twice from different sources.

Who decides how much each customer is quoted?

You do. We never quote customers. All negotiation over price, payment and collection happens directly between you and the seller — with no commission taken by us.

How quickly will I receive a lead, and how?

Instantly. The moment a customer submits their details the lead is sent automatically, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by email, SMS, or both — so you can call while they are still warm.

Question 5

What happens if I run out of credits?

When you drop to your last five credits we will attempt to top you up automatically if auto-renewal is switched on. If not, simply log in and buy more credits to keep the leads flowing.

Question 6

What if a phone number is wrong or I get a duplicate?

We dedupe on the vehicle VIN to avoid sending the same car twice, and we validate phone numbers where we can. If a lead is a genuine duplicate or the contact details are unusable, we credit it back to your balance.

Question 7

What are my obligations as an agent?

Once a lead reaches you, collection, documentation and payment are your responsibility. By signing up you agree to complete the relevant paperwork, collect and dispose of vehicles legally, and deal with customers professionally. Data is retained for 3 years and provided to the police and DVLA on request.
